Transfer Prescription:

Experiencing our personalized service and care encourage plenty of our clients to recommend us to their friends and family members. You may simply contact one of our Pharmacists and we will assist you transfer your prescription. Note: Some prescriptions are not transferable by law.

Extending refills:

Not a lot of people are aware of an essential service that your HCP pharmacy can provide. If you have run out of refills for your regular medications, HCP Pharmacist can assess your medication needs and extend your refills, if appropriate.

Medication Review helps you understand usage, and possible side effects of your current medication. Our pharmacist assist you with

• A one-on-one appointment in a semi-private area of the pharmacy
• Reviewing your medications covering best dosage, use, combining with other meds and other your medicine specific details
• Providing your easy to read medication history to keep as a reminder for taking your medications, or to share with other healthcare professionals
• Make suggestions or recommendations to you about your medications or diet, if necessary.
